A1.The toy dog and the toy soldier belonged to the Little Boy Blue.They were covered with dust and rusted which indicates that they had been standing in the same place for a long time.

A2.The boy had not touched the toys or smiled at them for long time because he had died while he was still a child.

Q3.
A3.The boy probably could have been two years of age when he kissed and put the toys in their place.The words which tell us this are 'toddling','trundle-bed' and 'Little Boy Blue'.

a)The little boy said these words to his toys.

b)It is actually not logical to talk to toys.But the boy in the poem plays with his toys as if they were his friends.

c)In reality toy cannot hear or respond.But as the boy in the poem regards them his friends he expects them to hear and understand him.

a)'Angel song' here means a song sung by a messenger of God which awoke the boy in other world,that is heaven.

b)These lines are talking about the untimely death of the boy.
