b)The balance of nature or ecology is broken like,the holes are created in the ozone layer ,the animals have gone extinct,the streams have gone dry and the forests have been destroyed creating deserts in its place.

c)The speaker is angry at the callousness of growups and at the same time she is afraid of the consequences,the effects of environment damage on coming generations.But fearlessly she voices her feelings.

a)She is only twelve years old and she is addressing a group of learned ,highly placed government officials.

b)The population of the earth back then was five billion and like one family the global population has to fight the danger of environmental degradation.

a)Denmark,Finland,Iceland,Norway,

Sweden etc.are the northern countries.

b)The needy are those who lack food,shelter and clothing,could be the children starving in Somalia or victims of war in Middle East or the beggers in India.
